Ottima la compagnia di canto in cui si distinguono i due baritoni protagonisti: Falstaff e Ford...il baritono britannico Jacob Phillips, dalla voce timbrata e imponente, che ci regala un Ford da manuale con un canto teso e calibrato in tutti i registri. La baldanza scenica e l’adesione al personaggio completano una performance davvero di primo livello per lui.
